Cancelling my Account
We try to make it as easy as possible for users to cancel their D7 Lead Finder membership. Since you are here I guess you no longer need the software and have enough leads to move forward. If your issue is related to another matter (ie not sure how to automate email campaigns, or how to close sales etc), feel free to instead reach out on chat and we will send over some tips on how you can use the data to close new business. Upgrading Your Package
The process is straightforward and instant and will bill you under a pro-rated value, meaning the value remaining for the rest of the current month on your current package, will be used as payment towards the new plan. You can switch your plan from this link.
Whilst the standard professional plan has 100 searches per day, there are a few users on a higher custom plan. Reach out to us on Live Support indicating an approximate amount of daily searches you would like to reach and we will come up with a plan that suits your needs.
