As well as having the online view, you can export the data in Excel/CSV formats, or PDF for printing. We are only able to provide access to the system to users with an active plan. So, if you are planning to turn off the renewals of your account, we highly recommend that you export your lists.

To export Single Searches, you can follow these steps:

Go to “History”
Open the list you wish to export
On top of every list, you will find the different options to export the data: Print, Excel, CSV, PDF, Facebook Audience, Google Audience

To export Bulk Searches, you can follow these steps:

Go to “Bulk Search”
On the right side you will find your lists and two options: “XLS” and “View”:
If you click on “XLS”, you will export the list to static Excel format.
If you click on “View”, you will access your list and be able to see the different options to export the data: Print, Excel, CSV, PDF, Facebook Audience, Google Audience

Tip: It's not possible to apply filters on the online view (although we are working on that). However, it is very easy to manually filter a list once exported. What I do is to highlight the column in Excel and sort by A-Z; this will group them all together - You can just highlight those with/without and delete in one go.
