If you paid via Paddle (customers after Jan 20th 2019) then you can upgrade from your profile page. Simply click the "Upgrade Account" button on that page and you can choose from a number of options.

The process is straightforward and instant and will bill you under a pro-rated value, meaning the value remaining for the rest of the current month on your current package, will be used as payment towards the new plan.

If you paid via another payment method - likely if you used D7 before Jan 20th 2019 - Please contact support via live chat and we will upgrade for you in minutes.

If you don't see the Upgrade Account button on your profile, you are on the old system and will need to contact support to do this manually.
